Insulite Close Textured Blocks

Insulite Close Textured blocks are manufactured from smaller grades aggregate including expanded clay and furnace bottom ash. This gives the range a close texture predominantly suitable for over painting. In some situations, this product may also be successfully left undecorated.

A full range of thicknesses are available from 75-215mm in solid, cellular and hollow format. Compressive strengths produced are subject to void configuration, but including 3.6-7.3n/mm2.

With typical 140mm unit weight of around 18.5kg this popular range of blocks can allow a single man, safe lift solution, fully compliant with H.S.E guidelines.
